5. Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible products and locations.
Customers should provide a valid phone number and delivery address and should be available to receive their order.
Repeated refusal of confirmed COD orders without a reasonable reason may result in COD restrictions for future orders, subject to applicable law.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We deliver products to available locations throughout Nepal through our delivery or courier partners.
Estimated delivery times are estimates and may vary because of location, weather, public holidays, courier operations, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers should provide complete and accurate delivery information. Kinau Nepal PVT LTD will not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
7. Returns, Replacements and Refunds
Returns, replacements, exchanges, and refunds are handled according to our published Return Policy and Refund Policy, together with applicable consumer protection requirements in Nepal.

8. Order Cancellation

Cancellation may not be possible once an order has been packed, dispatched, or handed over to a courier.
If Kinau Nepal PVT LTD cancels a prepaid order that cannot be fulfilled, the eligible amount paid will be refunded.
