2. Unboxing Video Requirement

For damaged, incorrect, or missing-item claims, customers are requested to provide a clear unboxing video and photos of the product and packaging. This helps us verify and resolve the issue quickly.

• Unused and in its original condition.

• Returned with its original packaging, accessories, tags, manuals, and other included items.

• Accompanied by proof of purchase or order details.

Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Returns or refunds are generally not available simply because the customer changes their mind after receiving the correct product in good condition.

6. Delivery Charges

If the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective product supplied by Kinau Nepal, applicable return delivery costs will be handled by us.

For other approved return situations, delivery or return shipping charges may be the customer’s responsibility.

7. Order Cancellation

Customers should contact us as soon as possible if they wish to cancel an order. Once an order has been packed, dispatched, or handed over to the courier, cancellation may not be possible.
