Return Policy
At Kinau Nepal PVT LTD, we aim to provide our customers with quality products and reliable service. This Return Policy is subject to applicable consumer protection and e-commerce laws of Nepal.
Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return if:
The product received is damaged or defective.
The wrong product, size, color, or variant was delivered.
The product is materially different from its description on our website.
An item or essential accessory is missing from the package.
Customers should contact us within 3 days of receiving the product after discovering an eligible issue.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable laws of Nepal.
Return Conditions
To process a return:
The product should be unused, except where reasonable inspection is necessary to identify a defect.
Original packaging, accessories, tags, manuals, and other included items should be returned where reasonably possible.
The customer must provide the order number or other proof of purchase.
Photos or videos showing the problem may be requested to help verify the claim.
Unboxing Video
We recommend recording an unboxing video when opening your parcel. An unboxing video can help us investigate claims involving damaged, incorrect, or missing products.
Where applicable law provides the customer with a right to return or remedy, the absence of an unboxing video alone will not remove that legal right.
Change of Mind
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, returns are generally not accepted solely because the customer changes their mind, dislikes the product after delivery, or no longer needs the product, provided the correct product was delivered as described and without defects.
This does not affect rights available under applicable Nepalese law.
Non-Returnable Products
Subject to applicable law, certain products may not be eligible for return for hygiene, safety, customization, or similar reasons once opened or used.
Any product-specific return restrictions will be communicated where applicable.
Return Shipping
If Kinau Nepal supplied a wrong, damaged, or defective product and the return claim is approved, Kinau Nepal PVT LTD will bear the reasonable return delivery cost.
For other approved returns, applicable return delivery charges may be the customer’s responsibility.
Replacement or Refund
After receiving and inspecting an eligible returned product, we may provide an appropriate replacement, exchange, repair, or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable Nepalese law.
Approved refunds will be processed through an available payment method. Processing time may depend on the bank, wallet, or payment service provider.
